Early Childhood Faith Formation Coach-Mission Coach

This role supports the director of spiritual development by leading the spiritual development curriculum efforts at the center level, ensuring compliance, and facilitating training and mentorship for team members on curriculum implementation. The mission coach also maintains a presence in classrooms to model programming and assists with after-School program needs while providing spiritual guidance to staff, children, and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and meet hhs and dfps caregiver qualifications, including background checks and medical clearance. Previous teaching or childcare experience, early childhood education coursework, and pediatric first aid/Cpr certification are preferred qualifications for this role.
