Floater Assistant Teacher

The role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking while encouraging independence and collaboration through hands-On, play-Based learning. Additionally, the assistant teacher must build strong, positive relationships with children and families and support the school community through teamwork.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements, with previous experience in a licensed childcare center being necessary. A child development associate (Cda) credential or a degree in early childhood education is preferred.
