The skills trainer directly supports and instructs students in the pre-Ets program to build employment, independent living, and self-Advocacy skills through structured activities and real-World experiences. This includes assisting with program implementation, coordinating work-Based learning opportunities, and supporting students in various settings, while maintaining documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements summary

Qualified candidates must possess knowledge of evidence-Based practices in transition services and vocational training, along with the ability to implement individualized training plans for students with disabilities. A bachelor's degree in a related field (Or active pursuit thereof) is required, along with prior experience working with individuals with disabilities and a valid driver's license.
