Coach - JV Volleyball

The coach is expected to partner with the department's mission, train athletes through skill development and game strategies, and integrate biblical principles into their coaching philosophy to glorify god. Primary duties include encouraging godly character, ensuring compliance with tapps rules, executing practices, maintaining discipline, and communicating effectively with parents and players.

Candidates must possess a two-Year degree and demonstrate a strong christian testimony, aligning with the academy's statements of faith and lifestyle of biblical integrity. Essential requirements include knowledge of tapps rules, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to maintain accurate records while modeling christ-Like leadership.
