Core responsibilities
The instructor will conduct a full-Time, 15-Week cycle of technical training using an approved curriculum to prepare students for entry to mid-Level cyber security jobs, focusing heavily on interactive, hands-On lab activities. Responsibilities also include managing student performance through feedback and evaluations, and coordinating with career coaches to enforce program rules and promote success.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess expert-Level knowledge in server management, hardware, software, networking, security, and related competencies, holding at least comptia security+ certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire. A minimum of two years of professional experience in a security role within the tech industry is required, along with demonstrated teaching experience, preferably with adults in an online setting.
