Core responsibilities
The primary role involves engaging students both in-Person and online, collaborating with staff to promote student success, providing necessary outreach and support services, and ensuring students achieve their personal and program goals. This position also supports site operations, oversees student discipline, and fosters positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reside in colorado, and meet educational requirements, which include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus demonstration of subject matter competency via an associate degree, two years of higher education, or passing a formal assessment. Two years of experience working with youth or in a secondary school setting is preferred.
