Core responsibilities
The academic coach engages students both in-Person and online, collaborating with staff to promote success, provide outreach, and ensure students achieve personal and program goals. This role also involves providing on-Site support for school operations, overseeing student discipline, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate subject matter competency, preferably with an associate's degree or higher education credits, and must hold a valid driver's license while residing in colorado. Two years of experience working with youth, especially in a secondary school setting or with at-Risk youth, is preferred.
