Coordinator of Athletic Eligibility and Compliance

The coordinator is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the academic eligibility and progress toward degree completion for all student-Athletes, including oversight of enrollment, degree progress, registration, and adherence to naia requirements. This role also involves maintaining institutional control of the compliance system, developing compliance policies, and assisting with champions of character initiatives.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and require 2 to 3 years of experience working with naia academic eligibility, potentially as a collegiate coach or eligibility staff. Essential abilities include handling confidential information, working independently, making sound judgments, and demonstrating strong computer and communication skills.
