Support Worker

The support worker will collaborate with case managers to assist children and families in developing healthy relationships and strong foundations. Key duties involve teaching essential life skills such as emotional regulation, effective communication, and conflict resolution, while also connecting families with necessary resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in human services, along with a minimum of two years of prior work experience supporting children and families. A strong willingness to learn is also required, as the organization will provide further training.
