Support Worker

The support worker will collaborate with case managers to assist children and families in developing healthy relationships and strong foundations. Key duties involve teaching essential life skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution, alongside connecting families with necessary resources.

Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in human services, along with a minimum of two years of prior work experience supporting children and families. A strong willingness to learn is also required, as the employer will provide further training.
