Support Worker

The support worker will collaborate with case managers to assist children and families in developing healthy relationships and strong foundations. Key duties include teaching essential life skills such as emotional regulation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.

Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in human services, along with two years of prior work experience supporting children and families. A strong willingness to learn is also required as further training will be provided.
