Employment Training Specilaist

The employment specialist provides support and guidance to individuals seeking employment, focusing on achieving meaningful employment and promoting independence and inclusion. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing career pathways, assisting with job searching skills, providing on-The-Job coaching, and supporting workplace accommodations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. A valid driver's license and ownership of a vehicle are mandatory requirements for this fee-For-Service role.
