Instructors will lead fun, safe, and goal-oriented swim lessons while celebrating milestones as students gain new skills. They will also communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to tread water, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate swim techniques safely. No prior teaching experience is required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
