Head Start Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will work with the team to create inclusive activities for children, assist in planning engaging classroom activities, and prioritize child health and safety. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment and supporting the overall operation of the center.

Candidates must meet state/Local licensing requirements for education and have at least one year of professional teaching experience. A cda or related college-Level coursework is preferred, and candidates must be committed to prioritizing children's and families' needs.
