The Aftercare Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing learning experiences for children aged 18 months to 5 years to advance their intellectual and physical development. They must maintain a safe learning environment and foster strong partnerships with families to support child growth.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, CDA, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, or be enrolled to complete these within one year. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification are also required.

Job Title: After Care Teacher

This position serves as an Aftercare Teacher for the aftercare classroom. The aftercare teacher shares responsibility for a classroom of 18 months to 3 years and 3- to 5-year-old children. S/he works collaboratively with the teacher, family members and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities.
