Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans based on the selected curriculum, while also maintaining effective classroom management. They will interact with students and families to foster a positive learning environment and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and an associate degree in early childhood education or a comparable field, along with 2+ years of experience in a childcare or teaching setting. They should demonstrate a strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to engage with young children effectively.
