School Based Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians work directly with students in the classroom, implementing established service plans to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence. This involves collaborating with teachers, documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and providing instruction to help students meet identified goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and either hold rbt certification or be willing to pursue it (Paid for by the employer). Educational requirements include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or passing the parapro praxis assessment.
