Noble is looking for an experienced Behavior Consultant to join our team! Through Behavioral Therapy, we collaborate to develop written plans and provide positive behavioral supports, tailored around specific needs and goals.
This position is responsible for providing behavioral support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, which includes: Completing comprehensive assessments Developing positive behavioral support plans Monitoring and data collection for plans; and Providing training to individuals, families, direct support staff and other team members. Responsible for ensuring that all behavior support services identified and agreed upon by the client's team are delivered in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with all applicable internal and external regulations.
Requirements
To be successful, you must: A Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or other related Major A minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior support services. A valid drivers license, own transportation, and clean driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
