Pre-ETS Career Coach

The career coach provides direct services to students aged 14-22 in the pre-Ets program across five wioa areas, including job exploration, work-Based learning, and post-Secondary counseling. Responsibilities involve developing individualized plans, delivering services in schools and the community, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting all activities.

Candidates should possess strong organizational, strategic thinking, customer service, negotiation, and networking skills, along with excellent verbal and writing abilities. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, though extensive relevant experience may substitute, and knowledge of wioa regulations and experience supporting individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
