Summer Day Camp Youth Aide

The primary role involves helping to oversee youth and volunteers in children's church and youth programs, implementing the ministry and mission of the eastside corps community center, especially within the after school program and summer day camp. Essential duties include supervising children, assisting with program implementation like crafts and bible studies, maintaining department logs, and ensuring child safety compliance.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and possess a minimum of one year of experience in youth work or related fields. Required abilities include effective communication, organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under stress, and a willingness to embrace the organization's ministry mindset and christian values.
