Core responsibilities
Lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of their assigned classes, which includes planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities within a safe environment. Teachers must also work directly with children and parents daily to deliver quality customer service.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally possess an associate or bachelor of arts in early childhood education or a related field, along with a 90-Hour preschool certification or a child development associate (Cda). Essential abilities include effective communication with children, parents, and faculty, professional handling of stressful situations, multi-Tasking, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
