Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans, fostering a love of learning through creative teaching methods, and managing daily classroom routines in a safe and inclusive environment. Key duties also include maintaining open communication with parents regarding child progress and adhering strictly to all health and safety guidelines.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred, and must hold a child development associate (Cda) or infant/Toddler certification. Required qualifications also include specific training courses like the 9 hours communication course, ada compliance, msde basic health and safety, and safe sleep training, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
