Operations Instructional Designer and Trainer - Evernorth - Remote

This role partners with business leaders and smes to identify skill gaps and design high-Impact learning solutions, leading the end-To-End development of skills-First learning programs aligned with business priorities. The individual will also evaluate training effectiveness, manage complex training projects independently, and provide feedback to other instructional designers and trainers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged (Bachelor's degree preferred) along with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting operational initiatives and 2 years of experience developing professional learning content using instructional design software. Proficiency in articulate 360 suite, camtasia, and vyond is strongly preferred.
