RN Health Coach or Health Educator - Evernorth - Johnston RI

The role involves providing onsite, face-To-Face health coaching and support to customers, identifying their health education needs, and collaborating to establish personalized health improvement plans and evidence-Based goals. Responsibilities also include leading and supporting various health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching and seminars, and potentially performing biometric screenings.

Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted rn license or at least a bachelor's degree in a health-Related subject, coupled with three or more years of experience in the health and wellness field, including at least one year of health coaching/Education experience. Strong clinical skills, high energy, dynamic presentation abilities, and relevant certifications like acls/Bls/Cpr/Aed are also required.
