Physical Therapist - Outpatient

The physical therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients primarily dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, while designing personalized, evidence-Based treatment plans. They are also responsible for efficiently managing patient documentation and workflow within the electronic medical record (Emr) system.

Candidates must be graduates of a capte-Accredited physical therapy program and possess current or pending state licensure along with bls certification. Essential qualifications also include strong interpersonal skills, a team-Oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily.
