Board Certified Behavior Analysts BCBA

Responsibilities include administering and supervising behavioral and functional assessments, developing individualized, evidence-Based goals, and designing behavior support plans based on assessment data. The role also requires training behavior therapists, conducting parent consultations, and ensuring appropriate data collection systems are implemented.

Candidates must be licensed as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess at least a master's degree in aba, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the spectrum is also required.
