Kids Camp Counselor

The kids camp counselor leads children aged three to twelve through various activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and field trips while ensuring a high level of safety. Responsibilities also include engaging campers positively, acting as a role model, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the camp environment.

Candidates must have one year of camp experience and complete the life time summer camp counselor certification before the season starts. First aid and infant/Child and adult cpr/Aed certifications are required within the first 60 days of hire, along with the physical ability to tolerate noise and frequently stand, walk, and climb ladders.
