Core responsibilities
The adjunct instructor will provide classroom, online, and/Or lab learning experiences using various teaching methods, lectures, and technological aids while evaluating student achievements. Responsibilities include keeping students engaged, following the curriculum, creating a positive learning climate, meeting performance goals, managing behavior, and observing/Evaluating student performance.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher from an accredited program, along with a minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent in the assigned subject area, though specific state requirements may vary. Practical experience of two years in the course content area with a related degree, or three years if the degree is unrelated, is required, with three years of educator experience preferred.
