Key duties include sharing daily updates with parents, guiding play to spark curiosity and ensure safety, and designing a balanced daily schedule.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an eec certification and meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements, ideally with previous experience as an infant teacher. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a college degree in early childhood or a related field, along with strong classroom management skills.
