Learning and Development Specialist II

The specialist develops, delivers, and administers training programs covering design, budget, assessment, and reporting, ensuring alignment with bank policy, strategy, goals, and culture. Responsibilities include supporting strategic planning, performing needs assessments, delivering blended learning programs, and providing post-Class coaching to internal customers.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a concentration in adult learning or instructional design, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate proven ability in training design/Delivery, strong communication skills for various audiences, and the capacity to analyze training metrics and make data-Driven recommendations.
