Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum alongside the teaching team. Key duties also involve observing children's progress, communicating with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess an eec certification, be at least 18 years old, and meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers, holding a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a lead preschool teacher and strong classroom management skills are necessary, with a cda or degree in early childhood education preferred.
