As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician • Provide 1
- 1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support skill development, communication, and independence
- Collect and track client data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
- Behavior Technician Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
