As a Developmental Interventionist, you will deliver individualized care using the DIR®/Floortime™ model across home, school, clinic, and community settings while working alongside a collaborative clinical team

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities as a Developmental Interventionist • Provide 1
- 1 DIR®/Floortime™ intervention
- Facilitate social, emotional, and developmental growth through play-based interactions
- Implement individualized, relationship-based activities tailored to each client
- Support communication, emotional regulation, and social connection
- Encourage independence, self-expression, and choice-making
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain a nurturing, flexible, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Developmental Interventionist Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (in a related field)
- Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation required
- 1 year of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DIR®/Floortime™, ABA, or early childhood development
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
