Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
