Faculty, Composition

Instruct college students using established educational theories and techniques while developing discipline-Related curricula and assessing student learning outcomes. Faculty members will also participate in program evaluation, college activities, and serve on various committees to maintain institutional standards.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in english, literature, creative writing, or linguistics, or a master's degree plus 18 graduate semester hours in a related field, ensuring coursework aligns with teaching competencies. Additional requirements include the ability to work flexible schedules, demonstrate technology use in the classroom, and exhibit cultural competency when engaging with a diverse population.
