Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary

Applicants must also meet physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements, and must pass a background check.
