Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Successful applicants must also be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
