Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct one-On-One aba therapy in homes and daycares, implementing individualized treatment plans written by the supervising bcba, and accurately submitting data collection and session notes. The role also requires collaboration with peers and supervisors, regular participation in meetings and trainings, and maintaining reliable transportation for site commutes.

Candidates must possess the required rbt certification and experience working with children and/Or adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Essential requirements include effective verbal and written english communication, a valid state identification card, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
