Head Start Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate classroom activities in compliance with head start performance standards, georgia decal regulations, and ecs4kids policies, while collaborating with the teacher assistant for team-Based instruction.

Qualifications vary based on lead teacher level (Ii, iii, or iv) requiring an associate's or bachelor's degree, or a master's degree, in early childhood education or a related field, along with a minimum of four months of preschool teaching experience.
