Core responsibilities
The academic mentor will work with assigned student-Athletes to build professional relationships aimed at maximizing their academic potential, providing instruction in study skills, time management, and organizational abilities. Responsibilities also include developing individualized learning strategies and creating daily progress reports in collaboration with scholastic supervisors and learning specialists.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required, along with experience working with students in an academic setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work non-Standard hours. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and prior experience within the education system.
