Lead Three's Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for leading and inspiring the classroom with creativity, care, and excellence while mentoring assistant teachers and modeling core organizational values. Key duties also include building meaningful relationships with families and children, planning engaging lessons, and maintaining a safe and joyful classroom environment.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in early childhood education (Ece) or equivalent college credit hours, along with 2+ years of ece experience, preferably in a lead role. Required qualifications include current cpr/First aid certification (Or willingness to obtain) and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining regular attendance.
