Educational Transition Specialist- Nashua NH

This role involves providing transition services to at-Risk high school students with disabilities, focusing on developing employment, academic, and independent living skills through daily academic activities and workshops. Key duties include recruiting students, coordinating work experiences with employers and schools, and designing tailored extended learning opportunities.

Candidates must have experience in teaching or instruction, specifically working with adolescents, at-Risk youth, or high school students with disabilities, and must be able to provide a minimum of fifteen hours of face-To-Face instruction weekly. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive a 14-Passenger vehicle are also required.
