  • Your Role Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care.
  • Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Compensation Annual Salary: $52,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Unlicensed Therapist: $52k-74k Licensed Therapist: $65k-85k

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
