Mental Health Therapist

The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adolescents using evidence-Based modalities, conduct necessary assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention when required. They must also collaborate with families and providers and actively participate in treatment team meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Required skills include proficiency in evidence-Based interventions, crisis management, strong documentation, and familiarity with ehr systems.
