Educator (RN) Clinical NonExempt

The clinical educator is responsible for assisting with mock drills, orienting new staff and contract nurses, and teaching required certifications like handle with care, bls, acls, and pals. They also assist with implementing new equipment, updating competencies, coordinating student experiences, and handling various administrative tasks.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a minimum of 3-5 years of recent clinical experience demonstrating mastery of relevant skills, along with sufficient prior experience in adult education. Required certifications include current rn licensure, bls-Hcp, and obtaining acls/Pals instructor and handle with care certification within specified timeframes.
