Registered behavior technician

The role involves implementing applied behavior analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings under the supervision of a board certified behavioral analyst. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress, facilitating the teaching of various targeted treatment goals, and providing feedback to the supervisor.

Candidates should preferably possess a registered behavioral technician certification and a bachelor’s degree, along with at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, insurance, and scheduling flexibility are also required.
