Lead Childcare Teacher

The teacher must prepare and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly using current curriculum guides, covering all areas of child development according to the daily routine. Responsibilities also include maintaining professional rapport with families, ensuring child safety and well-Being, keeping the classroom organized, and maintaining child assessments/Portfolios.

Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a child development associate (Cda) credential or higher, and must pass all required background checks. A van driving license endorsement is mandatory, or the applicant must be willing to obtain one immediately.
