Core responsibilities
The lead infant teacher will assist the lead teacher with all classroom aspects consistent with the center's philosophy and implement activities that encourage growth in emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development for each child. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe environment and establishing professional rapport with each family.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and successfully pass all required background checks; previous childcare experience is considered a plus. The role requires the physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
