Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician - Part-Time

A behavior technician provides one-On-One behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and supports their families under the close supervision of a bcba, while continuously assessing the effectiveness of the behavior support plan by collecting data and writing progress notes. Essential duties include effective communication with supervisors and parents, completing required training, and adhering to all established policies and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess a minimum of one year of experience working with children, along with a valid driver's license or reliable transportation. Requirements also include having an active rbt certification or being willing to obtain it (With on-Site training provided), maintaining a bls certificate, and demonstrating intermediate technical skills for operating multiple programs on devices like ipads or laptops.
