Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

A behavior technician provides one-On-One behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and supports their families under the close supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include assessing the effectiveness of the behavior support plan by collecting data and writing progress notes, alongside essential communication with supervisors and parents.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass a background check including fingerprints. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, a valid driver's license, and maintaining a bls certificate are also mandatory requirements.
