Core responsibilities

The instructional aide will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to k-12 students in a special education program, collaborating with educators to implement individualized education programs (Ieps). Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with passage of a basic skills test, and the ability to obtain crisis management certification and a state driver's license. Preference is given to those with an associate degree or higher, prior experience in special education or behavioral health settings, and skills in working with various learning disabilities.
